We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Universal Banker in the Glen Burnie, Maryland area who is ready to join our team Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Support Branch Manager and Assistant Manager with daily branch operations
Resolve complex transactions and customer concerns
Lead coach and mentor teller and platform staff
Assist with scheduling vault and ATM balancing cash ordering Promote compliance with security audit regulatory requirements Support sales cross-selling efforts to meet branch goals Deliver an outstanding customer experience Perform teller platform new account opening duties Support audits risk rating accounts operational reviews Step into branch leadership responsibilities when needed.
