Job DescriptionBenefits:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at WayPoint Home Health Care. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing quality physical therapy services to our patients, promoting recovery, mobility, and overall wellness.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and interventions to improve patients' strength, mobility, and function
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
**Qualifications:**
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of various physical therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
