    Position Summary :

    As a dynamic and results-driven leader, the Lead Property Operations Specialist plays a central role in the improved operations of distressed assets. Leading a dedicated team, this individual focuses on bringing properties to operational standards by addressing immediate challenges, implementing strategic solutions, and ensuring the completion of past due tasks. With a keen attention to detail and hands-on management, the Lead Property Operations Specialist is dedicated to achieving optimal functionality and performance across all aspects of property operations.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Spearhead the transformation of distressed properties, creating and implementing action plans to maximize occupancy, collections, and physical appearance while ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive action plans tailored to the unique needs of each distressed site
  • Identify and communicate any other opportunities for improvement beyond the scope of the project
  • Monitor and communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Delegate and manage the execution of project related tasks
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams in the effort to improve distressed properties, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
  • In the absence of critical site staff, oversee day-to-day property operations while onsite, actively managing and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, engaging team members to contribute to the successful completion of each project.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • + years' experience in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
  • At Least five years of experience in on-site property management
  • At least years of Dominium experience.
  • Accounting and administrative background helpful
  • Strong knowledge in tax credit
  • Expert customer service and demonstrated people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to work and understand the problems and various needs of employees, prospects, vendors and resident
