Job description

This position is focused on providing psychosocial services for clients that receive medication to combat addiction to opioids and may experience co-occurring disorders.
The Company has job openings; Candidates should be comfortable with very early hours (5:45 AM starting time).
Responsibilities and Duties
The specific duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Provide screening, assessment, individual and group counseling services for individuals addicted to opioids.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the American Society of Addiction Medicine manual and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM –V).
- Complete intakes for clients within established time frames; including completion of all required documents,
- Develop Treatment Plans and timely counseling notes for Individual Sessions.
- Understand and work within The Company's Mission and Policies.
- Perform other duties as required by state regulatory rules.
- Understanding of outpatient medical clinic operation preferred
- Conduct Group Sessions on an assigned basis.
- Follow all confidentiality guidelines, including HIPAA and 42 CFR.
- Maintain flexibility with client scheduling, including early hours (6:00 AM starting time).
- Integrate the company's technology, such as analytics and AI into the service process.
- Commitment to accelerated learning with a strong desire to support client recovery.
- Work in junction with SUDHH Team by assessing treatment needs and providing necessary resources (Wrap Around Services) to ensure client's focus is primarily on their recovery.
