Main responsibility will be conducting sample extractions
Pipetting reagents; handling three different tubes containing diverse reagent solutions to create a bulk master mix sample.
Placing master mix samples onto a 96-well PCR plate with DNA characteristics.
Potentially assisting in the PCR process and performing some computer tasks
Assisting in storing plates in designated containers for a specific period; also responsible for disposing of outdated samples.
Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Science or a related field.
