    We're in search of a highly proficient RCM Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a robust background in Revenue Cycle Management and healthcare data analysis.

    They possess a unique blend of technical prowess and business insight, are self-motivated, strategic thinkers, and can translate critical business queries into data-driven solutions.

    As an RCM Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with the Business Intelligence department. Utilizing advanced data modeling and analysis techniques, you'll drive strategic decision-making and uncover optimization opportunities within Revenue Cycle Management. This role will expedite the implementation of reporting and analytics solutions to enhance Revenue Cycle Management performance.


    Responsibilities:


    Design and monitor standard reporting packages and KPIs to support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).Perform data cleansing and manipulation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

    Work closely with the Director of RCM and individual RCM departments to analyze and improve revenue processes.

    Conducts intake on new reporting requests and ensures we only build what is going to drive the highest business value, while not duplicating reports/dashboards that are already in place.

    Analyze revenue cycle data (billing, cash applications, account receivable, etc.,) to provide insights on trends and recommend solutions based on what is observed in the data.

    Provide guidance and support to reduce denials and adjustments through reporting, data analysis, root cause identification, solution and action planning, implementation, and follow-through.

    Maintain and update current quality scorecards for various revenue cycle teams and provide suggestions on improvement in quality standards providing trend analysis to Manager/Director/VPPartner with the BI/technology teams to ensure the reporting and analytics infrastructure is stable and high performing.

    Presents and explains information in an accessible way to RCM team members and Physician Partners.
    Collaborate with the AVP of Business Development to evaluate external business opportunities, including through development of revenue projections.
    Ensures compliance with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
    Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of responsibility.


    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in related fieldExperience in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis within the healthcare sectorAnesthesia revenue cycle management is strongly encouraged.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, complemented by expertise in tools like Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BIExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHybrid position requiring 2 to 3 days per week in the officeIf you are a mid-level professional with a passion for Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
