Business Analyst III – Member Reconciliation

Pay Rate:
$43.70/hr

Location:
Work from Home

Schedule:
Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST

Note:
This role is NOT open to C2C candidates

This is a Scrum Team role that will serve as part of the Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment Configuration Team, tasked with developing purpose-built capabilities for our NextGen platform.

This role is responsible for delivering configuration for various enrollment, billing, reconciliation, correspondence, and reporting stories within an Agile framework.

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with PL/SQL and MS SQL Databases
2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with IBM DataStage
2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience in application development across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Market Prominence, MHK's (formerly MedHOK) Enrollment, Billing, and Correspondence platform
2-4 years of experience in Information Technology Release & Resource Management
2-4 years of experience in Medical Management or Government Administration
2-4 years of experience with member materials and/or correspondence implementation
2-4 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange Enrollment, or Billing and Correspondence Operations
Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional, large-scale initiatives with high degrees of complexity
Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
Demonstrated strong relationship management skills at the senior level, including the capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization, simultaneously
