    Position Overview:

    As a Controls Engineer with our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various industrial applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' manufacturing processes are streamlined and operate at peak performance. Your expertise in control systems, programming, troubleshooting, and system design will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Control System Design and Development:

    • Collaborate with project teams to design control systems tailored to specific industrial processes.
    • Develop and modify control logic using ladder logic and structured text programming languages.
    • Utilize your experience with Allen Bradley, Keyence, Banner, Atlas Copco, IR, Cognex, Zebra, Fanuc, Yaskawa, and drive/servo systems to integrate hardware and software components effectively.
    • Design and implement control strategies that optimize process efficiency and performance.
    • 2. Programming and Configuration: Write, test, and debug control programs to ensure seamless communication between various equipment and machinery.
    • Create and modify HMI/SCADA interfaces to provide operators with real-time data and control capabilities.
    • Utilize your programming skills to enhance system functionality and responsiveness.

    3. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

    • Apply your intuitive and procedural troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues in control systems.
    • Perform thorough system analysis to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with on-site technicians and engineers to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges
    • 4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of control system designs, programming codes, and configurations.
    • Generate reports outlining system performance, maintenance activities, and any necessary improvements.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing clear explanations of technical concepts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
    • 3-5 years of experience in controls engineering or a related role within an industrial setting.
    • Proficiency in programming languages, including ladder logic and structured text.
    • Strong familiarity with Allen Bradley, Keyence, Banner, Atlas Copco, IR, Cognex, Zebra, Fanuc, Yaskawa, and drive/servo systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Experience in designing control systems and optimizing process performance.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
