- Position Purpose: Food and food service delivery drivers play a crucial part in the country's food supply chain. They ensure timely and safe delivery of products while also representing the company and building relationships with customers.
- Drive to assigned supplier/vendor and PFG warehouse locations following a set route and delivery schedule
- Inspect loads and paperwork, perform quality checks, and complete all necessary paperwork accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies
- Other duties as assigned
- 12 months of commercial driving experience
- High school diploma/GED or state-approved equivalent
- Valid CDL A and clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Must be 21 years of age and meet all State licensing/certification requirements
- Ability to work the required 3rd shift schedule
- Pass post-offer drug test, criminal background check, and road test
- Valid current DOT Health Card
- Physical ability to lift and move product cases/freight
