Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse who will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered home health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers flexible schedules, requires minimal weekend shifts, and pays per visit. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program, a rewarding compensation package, and the potential to partake in a company vehicle program.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality home health care to patients in their homes
Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided
Work with schedulers to assist in the creation of monthly care plans

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and caring demeanor

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

At least one year of professional experience as an RN, with home health experience preferred
Ability to travel as required

Required Licenses, Training, and Certifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license/certification in Pennsylvania
Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
Valid American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
Valid driver's license, reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance
