Reporting to the Development Database Administrator, the Coordinator is a crucial member of the Database Team serving the entire J.
The Database Services Coordinator performs analytical and specialized database work in the Raisers Edge with a focus on gift processing.
The position is based in the Development Office of the Trust.Major Job Responsibilities:
The Development Coordinator's primary responsibility is to maintain donor, staff, volunteer, and prospective donor information in the Raisers Edge database and to prepare reports and communications utilizing that information.
Responsible for gift processing.
Assists in ensuring data integrity by auditing and analyzing data.
Provides support to Development staff or senior management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results.
Designs, develops, and produces ad hoc reports and analyses by assimilating data from Raisers Edge and other sources to support development programs.
Assists with the development, maintenance, upgrading and testing of Raisers Edge.Provides training to users across the organization in application procedures, data entry and generating reports.
Retrieves information about prospects and donors, updates records, and generates reports using Raisers Edge and other software.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
2-3 years of progressive fundraising and development management experience or the equivalent experience working in a marketing and communication environment
2-3 years of experience administering Raisers Edge or other Development related software

Communicate technical software and hardware issues to non-technical users and executive management
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
