    Radiology Technologist - Napa, United States - Providence Service

    Description


    Under the direction of the Radiologist or Physician designee, Radiology Coordinator, Radiology Manager, and Imaging Director and with latitude for independent judgment, performs all the professional duties involved in applying ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis at the technical level.

    Acts in compliance with Federal, State, and Joint Commission standards. Produces and evaluates images and related data to be used by physicians to render medical diagnosis. Performs related clerical tasks and assumes responsibility for coordinating exams performed.

    Required Qualifications:
    Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

    California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.

    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

    National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
