Daniel Ernest is working with an International consulting firm who is in need for a Technical Kibo Consultant & a Functional Kibo Consultant
Only ecommerce OMS Kibo consultants will be considered.
6 months initial; contract
Interviews will be in June
Start will be end of June

As a functional consultant
you are a domain expert who assists others in implementing the latest technology solutions to meet their needs. You work through complex business challenges, creating elegant solutions that drive success
You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients and developers, ensuring that the software systems align with business requirements.
Understanding Client Needs:
You are awesome at listening to clients, understanding their existing solution's difficulties, and learn about their motivations for migrating to a new one.
You can go beyond basic understanding by having in-depth knowledge of the product and industry the client specialize in.Technical Expertise:
You understand the product on a technical level, including its limitations and out-of-the-box functionality. This expertise allows you to advise clients on the right solution and approach to meet their specific needs.
Translating Business Requirements:
You can translate business requirements into technical tasks and write detailed user stories that both clients and developers can understand, eliminating the need for a middleperson like a business analyst.
Spotting Opportunities:
By understanding client pain points and long-term goals, you can identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities to ensure the customer has the best solutions possible.
Technical ConsultantYou will provide technical guidance and advice to clients on the use and implementation of complex computer systems, software, and other technical products.
Assesses an organization's technological needs and operations and provides expert advice for improvementsRecommends solutions that meet the client's needs in industries including IT, engineering, and management consulting
Analyzes the technical structure, operations, and processes of an organization and suggests improvements
Provides technical support and performs troubleshooting functions for a company's product or application
