The Pantry Worker learns and becomes validated in one or all of the following stations: Pantry Line prepares quality fresh salads sandwich items and Desserts Baker Prep Cook prepares and bakes all pretzels pastry items Pantry prep area produces salad dressings Dessert Sauces slices cold cuts cheeses makes hamburger setups prepares Bavarian Cheese Liver mousse spread sets up station locates necessary utensils equipment for food preparation keeps updated on recipe changes produces assigned items exactly according to recipes cleans sanitizes station throughout shift labels day dots rotates stores all items produced obtains Chef's signature on all products made ensures equipment is operated maintained consistently properly keeps immediate supervisor promptly fully informed of problems unusual matters significance takes prompt corrective action where necessary suggests alternative courses action may be taken performs duties responsibilities timely effective manner accordance established company policies achieve overall objectives position maintains favorable working relationship other company employees foster promote cooperative harmonious working climate maximum employee morale productivity efficiency effectiveness provides favorable image Company times promote aims objectives foster enhance public recognition acceptance areas endeavor.Responsibilities
