- Leverage your education and risk control experience to serve as a client advocate to achieve resolution of complex safety and compliance issues.
- Develop and help clients implement training programs for safety and compliance and assist clients with OSHAs informal conference for penalties.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of OSHA (and other regulatory agencies, where appropriate) mandated programs and required documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between carriers and clients to ensure a clear understanding of risk control and risk management issues.
- Partner with key stakeholders to lead meetings and/or special projects and be a resource for training and new business initiatives.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers (internal and external) and insurance carriers through effective communication.
- Share your knowledge and expertisewith others through educational offerings in your area(s) of expertise.
- Actively participate in organizational initiatives and support core values; including but not limited to driving and promoting community involvement of others.
- Youre a risk control expert. Youre an experienced and skilled insurance professional adept at leveraging your knowledge to advocate for your clients. We prefer that you hold a degree related to risk management and/or safety and a minimum of 10 years of insurance agency or carrier experience working in a role focused on risk control. Plus, we strongly prefer that you have experience in one or both of our two largest specialty practices; Construction and Agribusiness. Ideally, we would also prefer that you hold current and applicable state insurance licensure.

The Perks:

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
