About the Job:
Performs all aspects of Diagnostic Radiology under the direction of a registered Radiologic Technologist by producing high quality images and providing compassion and comfort to all patients

What You'll Do:
Performs exams in Diagnostic Radiology including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast exams and invasive procedures under the direction of a registered Radiologic TechnologistPrepares and administers IV, oral and rectal contrast as indicated by protocolDemonstrates proficiency with computer systems such as RIS and PACSStudent Radiologic Technologist may also function as a Tech Aide in the CAT Scan Department and provide the following assistant to the CT Technologist:Transport's patients to and from the CT exam roomsPositions patients for examsProvides instructions to patients prior to the beginning of their examPrepares IV, oral and rectal contrast as indicated by exam protocol

Who You Are:
Must have completed 1 year of Radiographic training in an AMA approved school requiredBe a student in good standing with anticipated completion of program as enrolled requiredMust meet the requirements for registry by the ARRT by end of program
