We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist (RT) to join our dynamic OR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing C-arm and O-arm coverage, contributing to the seamless operation of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and experienced in working within the OR environment, with a proficiency in utilizing O-arms.

Shift Schedule: The shift for this position is negotiable, offering flexibility to accommodate various preferences. The options include a 10-hour shift (11:30-22:00) with rotating weekend coverage.

Work Setting Experience: The candidate should possess experience in various healthcare settings, including but not limited to:

• Outpatient facilities

• Inpatient care units

• Operating Rooms

• Level I Trauma Centers

• Teaching Hospitals

X-ray Procedure Experience: Proficiency in conducting X-ray procedures, particularly within surgical settings utilizing C-arm technology, is essential for this role.

Certifications/Licenses Required: Applicants must hold the following certifications/licenses:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety

Travel Compliance
There is a strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start - no exceptions. Please screen for any candidate vacation time taking place immediately after booking as this will likely cause a push due to fingerprinting delays.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE MADE AWARE OF THE URGENCY OF THE OHIO FINGERPRINTING PROCESS. COMPLETE RESULTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TRAVELERS BY THE COMPLIANCE DEADLINE - NO EXCEPTIONS. TRAVELERS WHO ARE UNRESPONSIVE OR UNCOOPERATIVE WITH CREDENTIALING ARE AT RISK OF PUSH/CANCEL.
All candidates who are currently outside the state of Ohio but within driving distance will be required to drive to a fingerprinting location in Ohio as soon as possible after booking. Travelers who are extreme distances from Ohio will be mailed a fingerprinting packet, which is to be completed urgently upon receipt. Detailed instructions will be sent to the candidate by the Credentialing team.
Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more
Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any location
Must have valid compact or state license in hand to be submitted. Facility will not accept emergency or pending licenses.
Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

• Experience with Carestream Equipment Rooms preferred but not required
