- Manage and oversee daily operations of thirdparty risk management
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate thirdparty risks
- Work crossfunctionally to solve complex problems effectively and timely
- Supervise and mentor the thirdparty risk management team
- Influence adoption of practices and approaches aimed at mitigating thirdparty risks
- Support and execute the departmental objectives in alignment with the organization's goals
- Collaborate with executive leadership to assess riskscenarios and develop mitigation strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problemsolving abilities with a talent for identifying innovative solutions
- Strong influential abilities, capable of advocating for best practices and approaches
- Effective communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence executive leadership
- Risk management certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Assessing and identifying thirdparty risks
- Developing and executing risk mitigation strategies
- Allocating and managing resources within the Third-Party Risk Management team
- Liaising with various stakeholders to solve complex problems and implement solutions
- Reporting to executive leadership about the thirdparty risk scenario
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with specialized Risk Management software
- Minimum of 10 years of risk management experience
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role
- This role primarily operates in a professional office setting
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and carry up to 20 pounds.
