    GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

    This is an onsite position who works in coordination with nursing and therapy staff to schedule clients for psychiatry appointments, and will assist with records keeping, scanning, and uploading client documents, and assist with new staff onboarding responsibilities as well as coordinating staff morale activities/celebrations.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    · Coordinate Psychiatric appointments with Therapy and Nursing staff for Initial appointment and follow-up appointments.

    · Maintain MH electronic care record's document management by scanning client information and saving it to appropriate location.

    · Creating/maintaining client hard files and overseeing file room

    · Will assist with new staff onboarding responsibilities.

    · Creating/maintaining staff electronic files

    · Coordinate staff morale activities/celebrations.

    · Front desk duties as needed.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    · Inform Supervisor of any condition that impacts the safety and wellbeing of clients served.

    ·Seek assistance as necessary to mitigate risk.

    · At all times, maintain confidentiality according to the Illinois Mental Health code and Confidentiality Act.

    · Respond sensitively to the diverse populations of the agency, including persons with disabilities and/or mental health issues.

    · Attend all meetings and trainings as requested by the Director and/or supervisor.

    · Arrive to work, meetings, and all work-related functions on time.

    · Report any absence, tardiness, or schedule change to supervisor as soon as possible.

    · Maintain appropriate attendance record using Paylocity.

    · Must be able to pass a background check.

    Requirements:

    QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a High School diploma or GED with 3+ years clerical experience.
