Job DescriptionWe're seeking a qualified individual with commercial collection experience to collect on small and large balance accounts.
Qualified applicants must possess the following: understanding of skip tracing, fact gathering and investigating factual background information online, make collection calls in a professional manner, able to overcome objections and work through complicated and elaborate disputes.
Must have exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to negotiate payment arrangements quickly.
Must be familiar with computers and programs and is highly motivated, dependable and hard-working. Must be literate, resourceful, detail oriented, commission driven, a problem solver, and goal oriented.
Pay is base plus commission for the right person. Commissions are calculated the beginning of every month. Paid on the 5th and 20th of each month.
Must reside in Houston or surrounding area and have a valid SSN# and speak good English. No call centers or marketing companies. Positions fill quickly. Resumes now being accepted.
