MUST BE CURRENTLY LOCAL TO THE WINSTON-SALEM NC AREA. THIS POSITION IS A HYBRID POSITION.

Seeking a professional, experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Director for a great direct hire opportunity. Will lead an HR team by determining strategies, help set policies, present to executives, track metrics and manage projects as well as directing general HR duties including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, performance reviews and internships. The role will take someone with business savvy, great communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Duties:

Develop and implement policies related to the organization's goals and culture.

Work with company and business partner leadership teams on all key talent decisions, providing HR advice and expertise

Will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Will oversee recruiting team with full recruitment life cycle.

Will work with leadership for organizational change and development.

Develop and present reporting on key HR metrics to upper management with analysis.

Support employee morale, performance management, talent review, succession planning and other key projects

Will be involved in handling escalated employee relations matters

Will work to ensure employee benefits programs are attractive, inclusive, compliant and well-rounded for all employees.

Required:

Bachelor's degree

8+ years of Human Resources experience

3+ years of HR Management experience

2+ years of experience in banking, financial services industry

2+ years of experience working with executive level management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

MS Excel and Powerpoint experience

Desired:

Master's Degree

Experience with SAP Ariba, ADP Workforce
