    We are looking for an experienced "Scrum Master". 2-4 years experience is desired.

    • Must have a Scrum Master Certification
    • 2-4 years experience
    • Experience with JIRA or Axure DevOps
    • Must be fluent in Spanish and English

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitates cross-functional communication, enabling teams to collaborate effectively.
    • Asses each scrum team member's responsibilities and delegate tasks.
    • Plan best practices and encourage team cohesion, overcoming impediments, and hurdles to productivity.
    • Ensure tracking and visibility of team performance metrics.
    • Additional responsibilities will be discussed during interview.
