    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service team, based in Mrfelden-Walldorf, Germany. Reporting to the Customer Fulfillment Supervisor, the Customer Service Specialist will execute activities supporting customer activities including, proactive communications, managing returns, updating promise dates and executing on other date management activities that are identified, answering customer communications.

    Essential Responsibilities:


    Ensure customer satisfaction when interacting with both internal and external customers.
    Answer questions from customers and RSMs related to specific orders/transactions. Questions may include product availability / delivery, custom product updates, billing, pricing, audit, basic product information, website functionality. Complete communications in a timely, thorough manner.
    Make consistent decisions utilizing process and policy guidelines. Make customer concessions when needed for customer satisfaction.
    Recognize gaps in process / policy at department and company level. Highlight these gaps to management team.
    Handle RMAs associated with Medical/Industrial customer returns, quality recalls.


    OTD:
    Manage the Industrial/Medical business units customers for supply, demand, and customer communicationResponsible for managing Oracle exception and available-to-promise process to provide customers with the most accurate dates throughout the sales order cycleProactively manage open customer sales orders to meet delivery dates and provide proactive communication to customersCommunicate to customers and sales in a responsive, professional, and empathetic mannerServe as a back up to other Customer Service workflow teams or order entry as needed
    Basic Qualifications:


    Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications, supply chain or commiserate experience of 5 years in customer service.
    Excellent written and verbal skills in English and German.
    Experience in a manufacturing customer service team is advantageous.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsData analytics.

    Preferred Qualifications:


    2+ years of Oracle ExperienceTravel:
