    Medisolv is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional with expertise in selling into new accounts within the hospital and health systems market.

    This role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal part in expanding our business into new markets. Success requires a combination of deep sales experience, strong client development skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

    In this position, you will collaborate with a talented and growth-oriented sales and marketing team, including lead generation specialists, product specialists, subject matter experts, peer sales executives, and growth organization leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification of opportunities, relationship building, understanding clients' requirements, matching their needs with our solutions, developing proposals, and closing contracts.
    • Develop a sales plan for your assigned territory, focusing on growing new client sales.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of strategic selling and managing complex sales processes.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales goals.
    • Participate in professional trade shows, associations, and other events to generate new business.
    • Maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline.
    • Utilize our CRM system to document the status of all leads and opportunities.
    • Provide regular feedback from the field regarding competitive intelligence and considerations for platform/solution enhancements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven sales and/or business development track record in the HCIT industry.
    • Working knowledge of the health system market.
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience selling enterprise-wide or platform-based solutions into new accounts in the health systems market.
    • Current experience selling healthcare technology to C-level executives and other senior executives within health systems.
    • Experience negotiating and closing business arrangements.
    • Results-driven and highly motivated individual who is an independent and resourceful self-starter.
    • Strong sense of personal accountability to drive productivity and achieve top-line bookings and revenue goals.
    • Ability to establish strong team relationships and thrive in a collaborative environment.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), CRM solutions (HubSpot), video conferencing/presentation solutions (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, etc.).

    This is a remote position with occasional travel required for on-site client meetings, company gatherings, and industry conferences (approximately 40-60% travel).
