Pellet Mill Operator

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Demopolis, AL facility.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pellet Mill Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clean up support and assistance as needed throughout the plant. You will stay active in a fast-paced environment helping our production teams reach targets while maintaining a high standard of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the efficient operation of pellet mills, hammer mills and related equipment to ensure optimal production quality.


• Closely monitor systems and take proactive steps to identify potential problems before they become major issues.


• Ensure standards of safety and housekeeping are consistently maintained in all areas of the plant.



• Safely operate heavy machinery using proper techniques; reporting any mechanical issues or damage promptly

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with industrial equipment similar
