**SERVICE MANAGER HVACR**

Service Eau Claire, Wisconsin Minimum Experience **Manager/Supervisor** Compensation **60,000-80,000** POSITION

Full-time Service Manager in Altoona, WI

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Service Manager provides management oversight for all service operations in the assigned area and actively promotes business growth and development.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Lead a team of skilled service technicians and apprentices

Provide technician support, troubleshooting and training.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Promote preventative maintenance agreements and drive service sales.

Quote repairs, approve and invoice work orders.

Manage cash flow, work in progress and future planning.

WERE LOOKING FOR

A motivated self-starter with the ability to accept and lead change

EPA Universal Certification preferred

5 years related field experience preferred

Supervisory experience

Valid Class D drivers license and commercial insurability

OSHA 10 Certification a plus
