- Integrate expertise and creative ideas with production capabilities/technologies to enhance overall attendee experience and meet client expectations.
- Execute on-site coordination of production needs with events team and 3rd party partners to proactively anticipate challenges and adapt during events to create a smooth experience.
- Work closely with corporate cross-functional teams, including brand/marketing, communications, event operations and leadership, to ensure alignment with event goals.
- Lead the production elements of virtual, hybrid and in-person events, including live streaming, interactive elements, and seamlessly blending in-person and virtual components to create cohesive and inclusive experiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest event production technology trends and platforms, leveraging them to enhance events.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university
AND four (4) years of event production experience. - Highschool Diploma/GED
AND eight (8) years of event production experience. - Minimum of five (5) years of professional live event production including in-person event production, hybrid and virtual.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the operation of general audio and video production equipment, Microsoft O365 applications, Microsoft Teams, editing and motion graphics.
- Proven experience in corporate Executive event production and communications.
- Strong technical acumen with knowledge of virtual event platforms, streaming technologies, and AV equipment.
- Creative and proven video storytelling experience.
- Ability to lead and direct a video production team in a fast-paced, everchanging environment.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to St. Paul at least 3 days per week)
