- Guiding guests through service offerings and determining their individual needs.
- Evaluate guests to determine painful or stressed areas of the body.
- Create a relaxed, calming environment.
- Listen and adjust the technique according to each guest's desires.
- Must hold a current massage therapy certification.
- Completed 500 hours of massage therapy courses.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a professional massage therapist, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective time management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
