    Full-time; Contract


    Schedule:
    Monday - Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (overtime as needed)

    Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Correspondence Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team


    Job Description:
    Support the calls and generation/mailing of written notifications required in compliance with government and regulatory requirements
    Process requests for written communications from various teams to members and providers in accordance with regulatory, governmental and departmental requirements in a timely manner
    Completion of verbal and or written communication requirements to member and/or provider via fax, mail and/or phone calls
    Submission of the written notification to letter print shop via web application
    Assist with operational intake activities


    Position Requirements:
    Must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (unless reasonable accommodation is approved)
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Good customer service skills
    Must be organized and detail-oriented
    Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines
    Ability to edit work for spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors
