Today over 170 million people still don't have the Bible translated into their languages Wycliffe USA believes the Word of God can transform lives when people hear it in their own language or form, and we urgently need you to join the team

Compensation:
$65,883

Every day has an impact One day you might collaborate on strategies with the vice president of HR and HR senior directors.

Later you'll ensure HR practices comply with both company and government standards. The next day you'll improve processes for both staff and partners.

You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).

You have a bachelor's degree and five to seven years of previous experience in human resources, business administration, operations, ministry and/or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

It's a bonus if...

You have previous experience in human resources and hold a certification.

You have previous experience in nonprofit ministry.

You have experience in Workday HCM processes.
