    Are you looking to further your career as a CNA? CCHS is starting a Medical Assistant-Registered training program We are looking to hire on 2 CNA's who are willing to learn and grow, and commit their time to our community and patients. A great candidate for this position will be one with an active Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license, and at least 1-year of healthcare experience. This candidate will be working in a CNA capacity in our Outpatient Family Clinic, all while our team will provide direct, in-house training to become a Registered Medical Assistant with CCHS. Training is provided during work hours and is paid.

    Compensation:

    • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
    • $ $26.00 per hour
    • Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS

    As a Certified Nursing Assistant, training to become a Registered Medical Assistant with Columbia County Health System, you will work closely with providers, front-office staff, and patients. You will have the opportunity to form connections with your patients, actively listening to their needs, health goals, and any determinants to their health. You will be responsible for rooming patients, obtaining vitals, making and receiving patient phone calls, providing patient health education, and supporting the provider team. The team you work with has a deep passion for their community they serve, focusing on teamwork and communication to get the job done.
