- Provide clinical oversight and direction to Behavioral Health staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance.
- Provide guidance and support to Behavioral Health staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes.
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
- Independently licensed in social services; a minimum of 5 years of employment in an executive-level clinical role
- 3 years management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
