Love reading.++What You Will Be Doing+Create and facilitate engaging, differentiated phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 childrenEmploy storytelling and interactive methods to accelerate learning 5-10x beyond conventional benchmarksMonitor student advancement and adjust workshops dynamically to address the unique needs of each cohortProvide one-on-one and small group coaching sessions to generate measurable improvement in adaptive reading and writing applications+Basic Requirements+Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)Minimum of 2 years providing small-group reading interventions to K-2 studentsExperience supporting gifted or high-performing children in specialized programsComfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and interpreting student performance dataStrong classroom presence with the ability to captivate young learners through voice, storytelling, and enthusiasmAuthorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship+
