Program Manager
is a
high visibility
role that will work with all areas of our business, including C-Suite and the Executive Leadership Team.
Our markets include Surgical Technologies, Orthopedics, Cardiac & Interventional, Bioelectronics, Drug Delivery, Diagnostics, and Patient Care.
Purpose
:
The Viant
Program Management team
is crucial to get our products to market. We are at the forefront of each new product launch.

Project Scope & Size
:
Wide variety of projects, with medium to significant complexity. Multi-site and or functional collaboration with interaction at varying levels within the organization.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Business or technical discipline (Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Biomedical science) preferred or at least
5+ years
in program management with demonstrated results or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PMP certification preferred .
Injection molding or plastic processing experience strongly preferred
Excellent project management skills to include budgeting, cost justification, control, with proven ability to deliver on-time and to budget.
Ensuring the planning, coordination, execution, tracking and reporting using software tools like MS Project.
Knowledge of regulated processes (FDA, cGMP, ISO)
Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to take a systematic approach to process optimization and problem solving.
Excellent team player with a proven ability to interact and communicate regularly with cross discipline teams such as operations, manufacturing, and quality representatives to achieve common goals.
Able to plan and prioritize potential project risk with appropriate countermeasures and solutions both internally and externally.Primary point of contact and communication between Viant and the Customer.
