    Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

    This contract pays approximately $11,170/month gross.

    Job responsibilities:
    Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
    Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
    Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety.
    Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
    Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
