You will strengthen a stimulating environment by monitoring regulatory compliance of lease provisions on the organization's land mineral leases, maintaining good records pertinent to determining the validity of each lease, and offering customer support for filing the required regulatory documents.

The position is in Midland, TX.
Your New Role:
Join a leading healthcare organization in Midland, TX as a Regulatory Analyst where you will collect, analyze, and enter data received from the operators regarding well permitting, drilling and completion of wells, operator changes, consolidations, sub-division, down-hole commingles, etc., monitor regulatory compliance of oil and gas operators on the organizations lands acreage, create penalty invoices for regulatory non-compliance, and provide industry education and assistance about the organizations data requirements and use of public website.
Work Schedule:
Monday
5:00 p.m., with no weekends to offer a good work/life balance.
Your Experience:
A bachelor of science or a related field is required.
Five (5) years of experience with Texas Oil and Gas Regulatory forms is highly preferred.
Experience working with the Texas Railroad Commission is highly preferred.
A strong interest and working knowledge of the oil and gas industry is recommended.
Strong organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
