- Understanding of hospital practices to include, but not limited to, patient rights and confidentiality.
- Licensure by the Georgia Composite Board (LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT), preferred. Additional relevant certification, training and experience required.
- Master's degree in related field required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in chemical dependency/mental health treatment; two (2) years supervisory/administrative experience.
- Experience in trauma treatment and program development in gender specific treatment, required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required.
- Expert computer skills, required.
- CEUs required for biannual licensure (provided for free without having to use leave to attend)
