    Job Opportunity

    This position is a member of the digital manufacturing team, contributing to solutions matching the vision of the digital manufacturing product suite's business functionality or technical landscape. The priority and scope of work are determined through collaboration with other digital manufacturing team members, SMEs, and potentially external vendors.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Work within the digital manufacturing operations team to perform business analysis, configuration, and deployment of digital manufacturing-related applications.
    • Leverage existing technical skillsets, develop new ones, or work with consultants to drive results.
    • Use Agile methodologies to ensure portfolio backlog is aligned, maintained, and achieved throughout project cycles.
    • Execute solution based on strategic vision.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions to support and streamline department solutions.

    Qualifications:
    • At least 10 years of work experience in the United States.
    • 8-10+ years of experience in business analysis, application development, and troubleshooting.
    • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing-related applications development.
    • Demonstrated experience working in highly-collaborative large cross-functional projects.
    • Demonstrated experience of business requirements gathering.
    • Ability to effectively translate business needs to software developers.
    • Demonstrated experience of deployment and implementation of projects of small/medium size.
    • Broad understanding of product supply operations and key deliverables.
    • Technical understanding of digital platforms, data/function integration, and information architecture.
    • Digital research methodologies.
    • Technical writing & diagraming.
    • Strong SQL experience.
    • Windows Server applications support, troubleshooting & testing.
    • Mobile application background is a plus.
    • MuleSoft is a plus.
    • Azure cloud is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of C# code and application troubleshooting is a plus.
