This is a full-time, in office position.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers face to-face, educating them on the benefits of using clean renewable energy.

Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Engage with homeowners, businesses, and community groups to educate them on the benefits of joining a community solar project.
• Generate new business opportunities through various channels, such as direct outreach, networking events, and referral programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills Compensation: $50,000
