Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions as needed.


• Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.


• Wound Management: Apply evidence-based practices for wound healing, including debridement techniques and dressing changes.


• Ostomy Management: Assist patients with ostomies by teaching proper stoma site selection, irrigation technique maintenance, etc...
