    Job Overview

    As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and operating the register. Our franchisees expect employees to demonstrate reliability, honesty, and a friendly demeanor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide prompt and courteous customer service
    • Drive sales through effective communication with customers
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
    • Perform cashier duties, including ringing sales and managing cash control
    • Participate in regular cleaning activities and other tasks assigned by your supervisor
    • Assist with forecasting, ordering, and stocking merchandise (with proper training)
    • Inspect merchandise deliveries from vendors

    Physical Requirements

    This role requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds.
