    Perform desk set-up, hock up equipment and computer set-upMaintain and deploy desktop and laptop system imagesProvide troubleshooting for onsite and remote workersAccount access, application and hardware provisioning/deprovisioning for usersTrack and maintain IT inventorySupport Zoom, JAMF and SaaS applicationSet up IT and AV equipmentRequirements:Computer Science Technical Degree or equivalent experience2-10 years of help desk experienceRequires troubleshooting and end user support both remote and onsiteExperience troubleshooting Windows 10 &11Experience troubleshooting Mac OS, preferably Mac OS SonomaMust have experience with ticketing systems; Jira, Freshservice or similar.

    Must have excellent customer service experience; outgoing and cheerfulRequires experience with MS Window and MS Office 365Requires knowledge of Zoom, Jamf, and SaaS applicationsExperience with Asset Management and inventorySome understanding of setting up AV equipment (TVs, audio, video, etc.)Experienced with desk set-up, computer hock up equipment and computer set-upAbility to lift 25 lbs.
