- Educate the patient's family on caregiving and maintaining a safe environment for the patient.
- Observe, document, and communicate with the supervising nurse and/or physician regarding the patient's response to treatment and any changes in their condition.
- Active LPN licensure in the state of practice
- Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
- CPR Certification is mandatory
