    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Events, Vendor & Community Manager This role will play a pivotal role in planning and executing our events, managing vendor relationships, engaging with the community, and overseeing a team of interns.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    You are KNOWN for being an Integrator and project manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Event Coordination:

    • Plan and execute all aspects of WILLPOWER events, including logistics, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure seamless execution of events.
    • What does that mean? Take ownership of running some of the biggest community and Big BRAND sponsored events in Austin Ex. See Willpower Wellness World.

    Vendor Outreach:

    • Identify, research, and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers for event-related services, including catering, equipment rental, and venue bookings
    • What does that mean? Build a network of the top brands, restaurants, food trucks, shops, snack brands, DJs, Bands, Beverages to create amazing partnerships and the most exciting events in Austin

    Community Engagement & Operations :

    • Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow the Willpower Wellness Club and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
    • Plan and execute community events, outreach initiatives, and partnerships to promote and grow the WILLPOWER Wellness Club and its mission of drinking mindfully and getting shit done.
    • What does that mean? Leverage our key partnerships to create value and learn how to build a strong, intimate and high growth community

    Internship Management:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise interns to assist with event planning, vendor outreach, community engagement, and other tasks as needed.
    • Delegate tasks and projects to interns, monitor their progress, and provide feedback to ensure successful outcomes.
    • What does that mean? Be a mentor, teach the next generation and learn how to manage a team to GET SHIT DONE

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and execution, with a strong track record of successful events.
    • STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to promoting health and wellness.
    • Previous experience in vendor management, community outreach, or internship supervision is a plus.
    • Someone who LIVES in Excel/Sheets/Project Management tools - Chief Get Shit Done Officer

    Compensation & Start Date

    • 2-3 Week Unpaid Initial Probation/Test Period
    • Followed by Part-Time [up to 20 hours a week], with the opportunity to go full time.
    • Starting at $15/hour dependent on relevant experience
