    Responsibilities
    • Establish and maintain relationships with Web3 company partners, including providing clear introductions to the features and usage details of products, and assisting partners in resolving issues promptly.
    • Research and learn about partners' backgrounds, including basic technical knowledge, project/ecosystem highlights, market conditions, and past developer activities.
    • Assist partners in organizing and designing Hackathons, Grants, bounties, and other activities.
    • Monitor project operations progress, design operational strategies, take responsibility for operational results, and focus on achieving goals.
    • Gather feedback from partners and users after activities, regularly summarize operational experiences, and participate in optimizing content, products, and operational processes.
    • Write important articles related to platform operations and activity operations.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor degree or above
    • 2+ years of experience in the web3 and blockchain field, with a passion for Web3 developer ecosystem development.
    • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
    • Goal-oriented approach to task completion, proactive task synchronization, and self-correction.
    • Strong learning ability and self-drive.
    • Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills.
    • Team-player with strong communication and coordination skills.
    Bonus Points
    • Fluent reading and writing in one or more second languages, such as Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Japanese, etc.
    • In-depth understanding of well-known Web3 companies in the market.
    • Familiarity with commonly used technology stacks and terms in blockchain.

    Logistics

    This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. We are able to provide visa sponsorship in some countries, and the possibilities can be discussed in interview process.
