    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Job Coordinator at TH Brands located in Muskegon, MI. The Job Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing various tasks related to internal orders. This includes procedures such as creating quotes, order entry, coordinating job schedules, assisting with order details to help manage jobs while working hand in hand with account reps, purchasing and production. In addition, some purchasing tasks are a daily part of this position.The Job Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the company.

    Responsibilities

    · Quote apparel and promotional production orders

    · Perform purchasing functions such as issuing purchase orders, pricing verification, enter orders in vendor portal

    · Work with clients and internal Sales Reps and coordinate jobs and move through production.

    · Enter and process client orders

    · Act as a liaison between the Sales Reps and Production

    · Build relationships with suppliers

    · Consult with reps on orders, make product recommendations, and assist with upcoming project planning

    Stay up with trends in the industry and competition locally to make suggestions for purchasing

    · Analyze retail product sales life cycle and develop strategies to move product

    · Manage and troubleshoot order issues, back orders, returns and refunds as it related to purchasing

    · Additional responsibilities as needed

    Skills Required

    · Basic IT skills (email, databases, MS Office etc)

    · Excellent communication skills

    Self Starter

    · Keen attention to detail and organization a must

    · Ability to offer product recommendations to our reps

    · Strong project management skills

    · Flexibility in a context of rapidly changing priorities

    · Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and independently

    · Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environmen

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to

    successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, standing and lifting is required. Lifting may be up to 50 pounds.

    Position type

    This is a full-time position, and hours of work vary Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm depending work load.
