Viaero's online sales team plays a vital role in selling our products and services to customers through our website.

Their primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in purchasing Viaero products and services
• Conducting needs analyses for each customer
• Maintaining exceptional customer service levels
• Sourcing new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and communications
• Maintaining and expanding databases of prospects within assigned territories
• Routing qualified business account opportunities to relevant sales executives
• Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries, needs, and issues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior or current sales experience is essential. Outside or inside/internet sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. You must also be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and pass all pre-employment checks, which include driving records, criminal background, and substance screening.

We offer competitive compensation packages to our employees. The starting hourly pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, with monthly commission based on sales performance.
