- Collaborate with internal application and system owners to gather necessary information for "How-To " articles.
- Write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that will be added to the service desk knowledge base.
- Assist in maintaining the content management system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Participate in the development of training materials and guides for users based on the documentation created.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical users, ensuring effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support the continuous improvement of the internal Help/Service Desk processes.
- This position requires strong writing and word processing skills, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability and willingness to collaborate with internal stakeholders, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have experience in content management.
- Experience working with management-level executives and familiarity with tools such as WordPress and O365 is preferred.
- Strong writing skills and experience in technical documentation.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in content management; prior experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience working with management-level executives is an advantage.

Work you will do:
The role of this position is to support an internal Help/Service Desk for a large Enterprise client. You will be instrumental in writing and identifying "How-To articles to support colleagues and contractors troubleshoot technical application and system issues. This role involves connecting with the internal "owners of those applications/systems, collecting the relevant information needed, and then crafting content that would be published in the service desk database.
