- Act as the primary point of contact for applicant's questions, escalations, and concerns
- Identify, advise, and execute strategies to decrease the number of customer escalations, unresponsive candidates and application barriers
- Own and increase the application, conversion and ready to launch rate for the entire region and throughout the pipeline
- Knowledgeable and cross-trained in all stages of the onboarding process so you can assist applicants for any stage in the funnel
- Work cross functionally with the vetting, acquisition and account management team to problem solve, drive continuous improvements for the applicant process and the customers

As an Onboarding Support team member with Amazon Hub Delivery, you will be working with applicants across Rural America, delivering results for your region's goals, improving customer experience and removing any blockers.
You will provide data driven strategic insights and ensure high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.Your personal engagement, relationship building, and analytical skills are key to developing a trusted relationship with our applicants as we walk them through the onboarding process.
