    Job Type and Duration:
    Direct hire


    Pay rate:
    $90-$125k

    *FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR A CONCRETE CUTTING, SAWING AND DRILLING COMPANY*Candidates with concrete cutting management experience, sewer, road building/construction, underground utilities are encouraged to apply.

    The person in this role will manage the field operations of the service and contracting divisions for our client.

    You will be provided with a truck and gas card for your company expenses to manage approximately 50 field craftsmen and a fleet of 50 heavy equipment and trucks.


    Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling personnel for worksite and dispatch drivers.
    • Monitoring inventory- materials and equipment.
    • Assist in preparation for bid proposals- cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
    • Hiring field personnel while supporting both local and highway DOT divisions.
    • Overseeing employees, assigning tasks, setting schedules, reading reports, monitoring work performance, and updating records.
    • Will provide troubleshooting to field techs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
    • Union experience.
    • Concrete Cutting experience is a must.
    • 3 years Construction experience.
    • Strong Leadership Abilities and good written/verbal communication skills.
